We are currently seeking a skilled
Administration & Payroll Officer to join an established environmental company in Townsville for maternity leave cover. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a supportive team and contribute to the efficient running of the office.
Key Responsibilities:- Administering payroll processes and ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Invoicing and managing debtors, ensuring payments are up to date.
- General administrative duties, including maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
- Utilizing SAP for financial and operational tasks.
- Proficient use of Google Suites for document creation, scheduling, and communication.
Ideal Candidate:- Previous administrative experience, including payroll and invoicing.
- SAP experience is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with Google Suites (Docs, Sheets, etc.), or a willingness to learn.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A proactive, self-starter with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
