About the Role: We are seeking experienced and skilled Plant Operators to join our client’s team in Brisbane. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience operating Caterpillar equipment, including Scrapers, Dozers, Compactors, and Water Moxys, for large-scale civil or construction projects.We are ideally looking for Scraper Op's for immediate start.
Equipment Experience Required: •
Caterpillar Scrapers: 623s, 627s, 631s, 637s
•
Caterpillar Dozers: D9s, D10s
•
Caterpillar Compactors: 825s
•
Water Moxys: 725s, 735s, AH400
Key Responsibilities: • Safely and efficiently operate assigned equipment
• Adhere to safety protocols and site procedures
• Conduct pre-start checks and maintain the condition of equipment
• Collaborate with site supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines
Requirements: • Proven experience operating the listed Caterpillar equipment
• Current relevant licenses and tickets (e.g., RII for plant operation)
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• Ability to work on large civil or infrastructure projects
• Construction White Card
