Achieve are recruiting for a
Dockhand in
Rockhampton This role is 20-25hrs per week, with early morning starts and finishing around lunchtime. Some days you may be asked to go out with a truck driver and pick up extra hours as an offsider. The bulk of the role will be hand unloading a truck trailer and cages of parcels.
You will need to be physically fit for this role with the ability to reach, bend, squat and lift safely and freely. Manual handling is a big part of the job.
At times you will help the drivers to load their trucks so they can leave the yard promptly.
If you have a truck licence you could potentially pick up more work as a cover driver.
REQUIREMENTS:
Physically capable of doing the role
Own transport for work
Open manual licence or truck licence is desirable but not necessary
Ability to work and move quickly
Able to work with a diverse team
WE OFFER:
Hourly rate $31.00p/hr paid weekly
