In this entry level Junior Admin role, you will work with our team of Consultants to:
- assist in creating recruitment strategies, working with clients and the Achieve team
- create ‘market stand out’ job advertisements and recruitment campaigns
- utilise our social media platforms to attract candidates
- identity, screen and interview potential candidates
- match the best candidates to the available roles
- support our candidates experience - from sourcing and on-boarding to ensuring they are fully versed in their assignment and placed in a timely manner
