We’re on the hunt for experienced
Multiskilled Operators to join our crew working on road repairs and construction across
Townsville and Mission Beach. If you’ve got the tickets and the drive, we’ve got the work.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Road repairs and construction projects
- Preparing concrete subbases
- Floating plant and machinery
- Driving trucks to cart materials (HR, HC, or MC)
- Digging trenches and excavations
- Bobcat profiling works
- Mill and fill asphalt repairs
- General labouring as needed
What We’re Looking For:- Tickets in Roller, Bobcat, Backhoe, Excavator
- Truck license: HR, HC, or MC
- Proven experience in road construction and maintenance
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong safety awareness and good work ethic
