We are looking for experienced Heavy Plant Machinery Operator's with a strong background in civil works to join our team. Our operations are geared towards achieving excellence while maintaining the highest standards of safety and environmental care.
The work is roading, drainage and fire trail clearing over 3 locations.
Job Summary: The Operator's will be responsible for operating Excavators up to 50 ton ,ADT Moxy & Multi / Pad Rollers & Water Cart to assist in various mining and civil works projects. The role requires precision, adherence to safety protocols, and effective coordination with the project team to ensure efficient and safe operation of equipment.
Key Responsibilities: - Excavator Operation: Safely and efficiently operate excavators to perform tasks such as digging, trenching, and material handling.
- Water Cart Operation: You will be responsible for the safe operation of water carts to control dust, support compaction, and manage site water requirements. You will work as part of a civil construction team to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Roller Operations: You will be responsible for operating various types of rollers to compact soil, gravel, asphalt, and other materials to required specifications. You will play a key role in supporting roadworks, earthworks, and civil construction activities.
- ADT Moxy Operations: You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Articulated Dump Trucks (Moxy) to transport materials across construction and civil works sites. You will work closely with site supervisors and other machinery operators to ensure smooth project operations.

Site Preparation: Assist in site preparation activities, including grading, leveling, and excavation for mining and civil works projects.

Material Handling: Load and unload materials such as soil, rock, and ore, ensuring accurate placement as directed.

Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Conduct daily safety checks and report any hazards.

Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance checks on excavators, ensuring they are in good working condition. Report any issues or necessary repairs to the maintenance team.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of operations, including equipment logs, work completed, and any incidents or safety concerns.
$55 Flat rate per hour
