Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement & Logistics:- Manage equipment, materials, and resources to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Oversee procurement and logistics for seamless project delivery.
Quotations & Tenders:- Generate and review accurate quotes to win new business.
- Collaborate with clients on custom plans and site assessments.
Project Management:- Lead projects from acceptance to completion.
- Manage team schedules, prepare SWMS, and ensure seamless coordination.
Operations & Scheduling:- Maintain a forward-looking work schedule and coordinate staff rosters.
- Oversee stock control, gear movements, and ensure efficient yard operations.
Safety & Compliance:- Drive safety initiatives, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with WH&S legislation.
- Maintain high safety and quality standards across all operations.
What You Bring:- Strong background in construction and team leadership.
- High Risk Work License, Working at Heights ticket, and valid Driver’s Licence (HR preferred).
- Great communication skills and proficiency with computers.
