Supply Officer We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Supply Officer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of essential supplies to our internal customers. Required Skills * Proven experience in receiving, storing, and distributing supplies
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to interpret and authorise consignment notes, invoices, and delivery dockets
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic knowledge of warehouse management and inventory control systems
* Ability to lift and move stock as required
Nice to Have Skills * Experience with label printing software and inventory management systems
* Knowledge of Qld Government programs and procedures
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Preferred Education and Experience * 2+ years of experience in a supply, retail or logistics role
Other Requirements * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
* Current and valid Police Check (mandatory)
* Must be able to pass a Working with Children Check
* Must be able to lift up to 25kg and stand for long periods
Additional Requirements * Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
